I bought this for a mix of gaming (7 Days to Die, Fallout, and FPS titles), Illustrator, Premiere Video Editing, SolidWorks, Visual Studio, and WPF development work, and everyday use, and it has handled all three without complaint. The RTX 5070 OC delivers what I expected, and 64GB of RAM means I can run a game, keep a full dev environment open, and have a pile of browser tabs open at once without ever thinking about it. One thing I want to be straight about: the Thermaltake 850W power supply failed at around 60 hours of use. That is a purchased, name-brand component with a good reputation behind it, and I don't consider it a reflection of the builder's quality. What mattered to me was what came next. Technical support was very responsive, worked through the diagnostics with me, and got the corrective action handled without a runaround. That's the part you never get to test until something goes wrong, and it's exactly why this is still a five-star review. Would buy from them again.

Best Buy for your buck!

Works great, arrived on schedule, tech support is responsive (as soon as I left the message for support, my phone was ringing with a response), and it looks flipping cool!

It was the support that earned my trust

the PC is great.. no issues.. but what has been awesome is the support from the specific seller. they answered my questions, helped me with a ram issue when i converted the OS to linux, and helped me get the lights doing crazy mood things... totally out of scope for a seller, but they were great about it!

We bought 2 of these pc's and we are loving them. We reached out to the company with a question and they got back to us extremely fast. We are impressed with their customer service. They even texted again to see if we had any questions or needed any help with anything. That is the kind of customer service that rarely exists these days. Great gaming computer as long as you have some disposable income.

I decided to upgrade to this PC because my old gaming PC was beginning to stutter and I could not open many desktop apps without seeing a true decline in its capability. Once I got this one, I put it to the test with streamer software, games, editing software, and browsers simultaneously and it handled like a dream. Although it did not come with a power cable (beware you will need one), I was able to use my other computers power source cable in its place. I bought this on sale during Amazon Prime day, and it was super cost efficient for this powerful PC. Everything set up well out of the box, and connections were the same as my old computer, which was nice. It is aesthetically pleasing and has a lot of storage space for almost anything you need.

Awesome Pc and customer support

Very Satisfied with this Pc. It's fast, efficient,and cost worthy. I had an issue with the RGB lighting and called the number on the card that is included within the box when opening, never saw that before with a purchase. The young feller walked me through step by step with patience to correct the issue, I give this pc and the awesome customer support a 5 star rating, would go higher if I could. You will not be disappointed if you purchase this pc

Very happy with this

Was looking for something that would be good to go out of the box. I'm not very tech savvy, but I needed a decent gaming PC upgrade, and I'm very pleased with this purchase. While I thought there would be a 3 TB hard drive, it is only 1 TB instead, but came with a large secondary HD which makes up for it quite well so it's a minor issue. Can never complain about the free upgrades to my purchase either. All in all, customer service has been very helpful, quick to respond. The PC itself has been working great for me, arrived timely with no damages. No complaints from me!

Mid level computer

I think it's time to give this pc a honest review I've got about 50 hours on it now. I'm gonna start off with the problem I had right out of the box. When I would go to the start menu and shut the pc down my monitor would shut down but the pc would stay running simple fix just had turn fast start off and now it does just fine. Second performance: it's ok not super awesome I play rust 99% of the time and only get 100fps my $1000 I buy power did better then this pc at the same settings. As far as noise it not as quiet as people say it's actually pretty loud which is not the end of the world. The pc has recently developed an issue where it will randomly shut my monitor off and go black screen then will restart after a short period so I don't know what's goin on with that. And last but not least my pc dident arrive in the same tower that is pictured also arrived damaged do some research before you buy I paid almost 3k for this computer id expect a little better Maby I just got a bad build. Customer service was great though got the activation key within a day overall it's ok.

Dont buy

If you want a ready to go computer this isn't the one. Not only did I pay 3500 for the computer I had to turn around an spend more money to get all firmware updated. Dont buy this product I could of spent less money from a real computer store an wouldn't even have to update nothing.

Great Pre-Built Gaming PC

Great Gaming PC! Great performance and exactly what I was hoping for. This PC handles everything I throw at it—gaming, multitasking, and demanding applications—with zero issues. The 64GB RAM keeps things incredibly smooth, and the RTX 5070 delivers excellent graphics and high frame rates. Setup was straightforward, and everything worked right out of the box, silent. Super Quiet, Fast Setup, and Amazing Support!

My brother and I recently replaced our old computers with these, and we are extremely impressed! We did have a couple of questions, and one of the PCs was missing a Windows 11 Pro activation key. However, we reached out to customer support and received help almost immediately and their response time was incredibly fast. The PCs are impressively quiet, you can barely tell they're even running. Setup was simple and straightforward, and everything arrived securely packaged and well-protected. Gaming is smooth

Great PC for a Great Price!

Amazing PC for a great price! My daughter had an additional hard drives from her old PC and this one had 3 spots for them. It was easy to install them. She also had an ssd that needed to be put in an it had an additional spot for that two. Set up was an easy and convenient. Don't sleep on this PC. You won't find a comparable name brand close to this price.

Amazing computer

Computer arrived quicker than expected. set up was extremely easy, and the function and appearance are incredible. I even got an upgraded motherboard for free. The best value I've seen with the best performance. If you're thinking about buying it don't hesitate, it's well worth it.

Works good, looks good, tech support is responsive

Delivered much faster than expected. Gorgeous case with plenty of space inside. Put it right where my old case was and used all the same peripherals. Had a problem activating windows when i first turned it on but i called the tech support number that came in the box and they gave me a new key to fix it same day

Outstanding Customer Support

Had the PC for a few days and it has worked like a charm. Only issue was a windows 11 activation key. Problem was resolved in less than 2 minutes on the phone with customer service. Customer service was outstanding. Spoke with a gentleman named Isaac. Super helpful and nice. Answered all my questions once we solved my windows issue. I also got a free upgrade with my mother board, which I thought was nice. Also this seller had this PC shipped within one hour of purchase and due to my proximity to the seller I had my PC the next day! Overall, I am very pleased with this product and staff!

Better than I hoped

This PC is amazing! Everything came set up and ready to use. I booted it up and downloaded elden ring on steam right away, I've been playing for 8hrs straight and no issues to speak of. The build is super quiet even after hours of gaming, everything is still running smoothly. Super happy with my purchase.

Wow Awesome

this is a beast of a computer! SO quiet, easy to use. The activation code didn't work upon set up but i called the # and they answered right away and fixed the issued so fast. I would highly recommend this computer and the service was top notch.

Hands down the best computer I've ever bought. It is ridiculously fast, setup was idiot proof, and support from seller was second to none. Had a hand-written note inside the box that detailed some free upgrades I received, and also left a direct customer support number. I ended up needing to call it to clear up an issue on the Windows product key. I received a call back in a very short time, and had it fixed within two minutes. Worth noting on the computer itself: 1) Despite it being incredibly powerful, this is the quietest computer I've had. It is whisper silent, even when heaviliy loaded. 2) I do some gaming, but mostly use it for heavy design work - doing complex assemblies in CAD, running multiple 3D printers, etc. This thing doesn't even break a sweat, where my previous computer really struggled.

Good Gamer, Stronger Performer for Video Too

This computer s better than the listing indicates. It is quite fast and handles anything I throw at it with ease. It will run Microsoft Flight Simulator at Ultra on most settings and will also run VR on a Quest 3 for that in the cockpit feel. It puts out noticeable heat when running high demand games, so you will want to use it in a place that has lots of free air flow. I have also used it for video editing and it is fast, rendering a 3 minute video in about 35 seconds, much faster than my previous computer which was a decent machine in its own right. It was packaged well, but I was a little nervous about pulling the glass panel open to remove the packing around the CPU cooler. The ad states that it has 5TB of storage. I am not sure if it is just one drive, or whether it has two drives. The operating system reports a 1TB system drive C: and a 4TB storage drive D:. This could be one actual drive with two logical drives. I haven't opened the case to find out. Hopefully the C: drive is an SSD. It does load Windows fast enough. The case is attractive and the dragon on the front really sets it off. It has multicolored LED fans that can be set to a lot of different color patterns.

Good computer to buy it and the computer tech name Issac is a good person very patient and knowledgeable for hardware. Darren the manager is very organize, help with the customer and a big deal he give me a couple years warranty.

Flawless

PC arrived and the internals were in perfect shape! Had to reach out to support for help, and they promptly fixed the 2 issues I had on the spot. The PC is silent, gorgeous, internals look great, new dragon glass on the front looks great. I've had other Amazon prebuilts before and have never received such good customer service to where I had an immediate response and fix to my problem like these Horizon guys gave me. Recommended because the product is exactly as advertised and the service is above and beyond

Fantastic customer service

Especially after a little test run I'm loving the build quality, when idle it's easily the quietist tower I've ever seen and running it barley hums. This thing puts out better graphics and performance than I ever thought I'd be seeing. I had 1 issue: windows decided the activation was invalid and tried to fleece me for a new product key. I contacted horizon via the number provided with the pc. Within 45 minutes I got a call from Tim who had me straight and squared away in less than 5 minutes. I'm so encouraged by the customer support and attentiveness my next pc will probably be built by horizon too.

Great gaming pc

Darren helped me out when I had a couple of questions about this pc. Awesome customer support. The pc itself is handling a game called stellaris very well a game known to lag pcs with smaller ram size. Im already installing kingdom come deliverance 2 to play some of the dlc content I have yet to beat. Really enjoying this new pc.

Horizon Autherium I9 RTX Gaming PC

I bought a Horizon Autherium I9 RTX Gaming PC in September through Amazon. I also ordered 2 new 4k monitors with the system the same day. I received the computer 3 days earlier than expected. I had to leave it unpacked because of a family emergency for the next 2 1/2 months. When I was away, I received a few calls just as follow-up and asked if I needed anything. Upon returning I began setting the system up and ran into an issues which I made a phone call and got assistance right away. Once it was up and running, I was amazed with the system. I have the computer right next to me on the desk and cannot hear it running at all. It's completely silent. I'm also amazed at the graphics and speed that it runs on. Programs that would not run on my other system now run with ease, the processes that use to take several minutes or hours now are done in seconds. The machine is a beast!! Tech support and integrity are above reproach

Amazing specs, amazing price.

I'm a former IT systems engineer and over the years I have built a number of computers. But I'm pretty busy these days and I just don't have the time to build something out myself. I had been pondering buying myself a gift for my birthday this year when I landed on this computer and the specs are great and compared to other machines I had viewed this one is truly an awesome buy for the price. I ran into one minor glitch after starting to set up the machine and a quick call and a message to the support number got me a timely response and a solution far sooner than I had anticipated. It's absolutely beautiful and the pictures don't do the machine justice. Looking at it in person is a whole lot different than the pictures that you see. It's a pristine build with solid components and the customer service is phenomenal. I highly recommend purchasing a machine from this seller. I'm looking forward to many years of use from this system.
